How addictive is Vaping?
The adrenalin that is triggered by vaping is a highly addictive hormone as it stimulates the pleasure zones so it as easy to get addicted to vaping as any other pleasure inducing activity – even a sporting activity is addictive if you get pleasure from it but which would you prefer your body to be addicted to? Yes.
There have been a number of deaths reported specifically from vaping in recent months.
Why do I vape?
It’s very quick and easy to form an emotional attachment to the vaping habit, using it to relax, or as a pick-me-up during the day. Also, nicotine cravings create a feeling of stress in your mind, which can be relieved with more nicotine. In these ways and many others, vaping quickly and quietly becomes a part of your every day life
How dangerous is Vaping?
Vaping is extremely dangerous to your health. We are only really getting an understanding of exactly how dangerous it is now.
Can you gain weight from vaping?
It is possible that vaping could make you gain weight.
When we ingest toxins into our body, this triggers an automatic response to the invasion/threat to the body which stimulates the release of adrenalin, cortisol and insulin. Insulin will then tell the body to store fat rather than burn fat, slow down the metabolism and at the same time trigger cravings for energy supplying foods such as sugars and carbohydrates.
What is popcorn lung?
"Popcorn lung" is the nickname for bronchiolitis obliterans, a condition that is caused by ingesting chemicals and steam into the lung which then damages the airways leading to shortness of breath, coughing and other respiratory complications.
Can a Juul explode?
Yes, there have been many reported cases of Juul’s, vapes and ecigarettes exploding.
Is Juul healthy?
No.
There is nothing healthy about taking chemicals and liquids that have been heated to a high temperature into the body.
There is evidence that suggests that vaping and juuls etc can help people to quit smoking cigarettes but this is not so in the majority of cases as people tend to end up doing both.
Does vaping leave a smell?
There is no smell of burning from vaping such as you get from a regular cigarette but there are smells that come from any flavours added to the liquid and from the heating of the glycerine and chemicals that the nicotine is suspended in.

Can you get mouth cancer from vaping?
Yes.
The warmth of the steam opens up the capillaries in the mouth, throat and bronchial tubes, which allows the chemicals and nicotine to enter the blood stream and create a temporary high but these toxic substances are poison to our system and after just one hour of vaping, can cause permanent damage to the heart, brain, mouth, throat and lungs.
Is it better to quit vaping cold turkey?
Quitting cold turkey is always better if you are quitting something that is harmful to the body.
There are very few withdrawal symptoms from quitting vaping so it is best to just do it – as soon as possible before any long-term damage is done.

Hypnotherapy is one of the most successful ways to quit any addictive behaviour.
Does Juul help quit smoking?
It may help initially but it is simply replacing one unhealthy addictive behaviour with another – a bit like quitting smoking but then taking up cocaine instead!
Can you get addicted to Juul?
Yes. Absolutely.
Vaping and using a Juul triggers of the pleasure zones in the brain and the body very quickly gets addicted to this.
How long does vaping withdrawal last?
It takes less than 3 days for all the nicotine to be removed from your system.
It may feel like flu like symptoms for those three days but better to have those than a life time of damage to your lungs, throat, brain, heart.
What are the dangers of vaping?
Vaping can lead to permanent damage to every part of your body that the toxins and steam touch – lips, mouth, tongue, throat, bronchial tubes, lungs and also reduces circulation to your heart, brain and every area of your body – people are dying from vaping – don’t let it be you!

Is vaping worse than smoking?
American public health experts disagree about the overall safety of vaping, especially when it comes to the use of vapes among high school students, with whom the trend is especially popular.
Some argue that vapes help decrease cigarette smoking among high school students, while others worry that vaping may entice young people eventually to switch to traditional cigarettes.
Can I die from vaping?
Yes, there are already 9 cases of death from vaping in USA alone.
Does vaping cause acne?
There is no medical evidence to support this but as vaping is usually the injestion of nicotine, which triggers the release of adrenalin, our flight or flight response, there may be a link as acne is often linked to stress and hormonal imbalance.
