I thoroughly enjoyed attending another networking meeting of the Fun and Focused group in Dubai.

There was lots of energy and enthusiasm in the room and a real willingness to share and help others develop their business by the proven referral system.

It is always such a lovely, relaxed and positive way to start the day.

I had an opportunity to share with the group the importance of positive thinking and not to forget how much it affects our life.

When we are thinking, we are communicating with our subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind does not know the difference between real and imagined, so guess what?

If you spend all your time thinking about the negative ‘what if’ situations, such as:

What if I don’t get this contract?

What if no one likes my product?

What if I never get any customers?

What if I run out of money?

What if the bank forecloses?

What if the airplane crashes?

Your poor subconscious mind is going to be going crazy trying to prepare you for all these eventualities and releasing adrenaline, cortisol, insulin and other negative hormones.

Sabre-tooth Tiger
A subconscious mind full of 'fight or flight' hormones: Useful if you are running away from a sabre-tooth tiger but not if you are just worrying about your business!

This is just going to lead to anxiety, panic attacks, depression, despair and eventual breakdown, physically and emotionally.

Just imagine though; if you were to start visualizing and thinking about how great it will be when all those things are going well – how much better your quality of life would be, without the negative thinking pulling you down.

Our therapists at Mind Solutions are trained and experienced at helping our clients to overcome feelings of anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks by reprogramming their thinking patterns, using hypnosis, NLP and the wonderful power of the subconscious mind to get things back on track for success.

If you would like to register for a free, one hour consultation to understand where your subconscious is holding you back, speak to one of our trained therapists today.
